Hank Holland is our featured artist this festival, designing the image for the 39th Spring Pecan Street Festival t-shirts and posters.

He lives in his childhood home, Lockport, Louisiana, with his wife and son, and this will be his first trip to Austin, TX!

Mr. Holland was born with cerebral palsy, but never let that hold him back. His mother, Jane, was a self-taught artist, and in 2008, after her passing, he picked up his first canvass and hasn’t stopped painting “with his heart,” letting “the love flow through the color” since. His studio, “Baby Jane Studios,” is named in his mother’s honor.

His booth will be next to the Pecan Street Association booth on 6th St. and Trinity. At both booths, we will have information and representatives on hand from CPATH (Cerebral Palsy Awareness, Transition, Hope).
